How long does it take to get my song?
Most songs are delivered within 48–72 hours depending on your package. Rush options are available.
How will I receive my finished song?
Your song is emailed to you directly as an MP3 file, sent to the email address you provide at checkout. No account, app, or download link needed — just check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).
What if I don't like the song?
Every package includes at least two rounds of revisions with your songwriter, so we can adjust the lyrics, style, or vocals.
Can I add photos or a video?
Yes — you can upload up to 20 photos and an optional short video clip, which we turn into a shareable video card alongside your song.
What genres can I choose from?
Acoustic, Pop, R&B, Folk, Piano ballad, Country, Jazz, Reggae, Hip-Hop, Rock, Classical, and more — just tell us your favorite artist or style.
Do you offer refunds?
If we're unable to deliver a song you're happy with after revisions, reach out to our support team and we'll make it right.
